This book is fantastic! I found it really informative and helpful, and the author extremely knowledgeable.
The best thing about this book is that it's easy to read for someone without much fitness knowledge. I found it the easiest to stick to out of the (many) fitness programs that I have tried to do and will continue using it whenever I need a bit of a boost 😊
